One issue I'm running into is enabling the VPN service. If I haven't selected "use a Dynamic DNS Service" under the Dynamic DNS tab, I cannot select "Enable VPN Service" in the VPN tab. It seems that once you change your identifier to Dynamic DNS, you have to use PKI, not a pre-shared key. I would set up a CA in the Certificate Manager, issue the appropriate server and client certificates, then reconfigure accordingly. That would be a workaround. There's no reason why using Dynamic DNS as your identifier still shouldn't work.

Please don't paste a generic link as the answer unless the link describes set-up for the above configuration with dyndns.com - as you can guess I've searched google and tried various set-ups with no success.
