My bill also shows as “Unlimited BT Infinity + Calls”. Seems a bit strange to me as I’m supposed to be on Infinity 1. BT Infinity 2 Speed Issues and the attitude adopted by the BT Help Desk was very dismissive. BT Infinity been down for 5 weeks - no help from Broadband desk - someone please help!
