This unique identifier is your IP address and it is automatically assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Click the Minecraft Servers button. In the Add Server form be sure to put your External IP Address in the box marked IP Address. To verify that your server is listed, go to the TOP Minecraft Servers List and choose New Servers.
